Even if it isn't an easy Real Estate transaction!!!! The sale of my property had issues due to HOA issues. And my replacement property was also difficult due to the seller not wanting to use the board of real estate documents...... Fred had my back and made sure to help me with due diligence and sooooooo much more! He worked very hard to get me through the most difficult real estate transactions ever!! "Fred handled the sale of our mother's property in Paso Robles a few years ago. My brother and I were more than pleased with his competency as a realtor and overall professionalism. Based on that, I asked him to list my mountain-top property in Atascadero. This was a more difficult property to sell based on the type and location. Fred always maintained a positive attitude and thoroughly marketed the property, being honest as to the potential difficulty. The property recently sold and I attribute that to Fred's diligence. Before that he also handled the sale of another rental I had in Paso Robles. There is NO OTHER AGENT I would ever consider using except Fred Bruen! Good honest man."
